Dear Runner,

Thank you for entering the race. We hope you have a good day out!

Here are some important things for you to know.

The address: Breamore House, Fordingbridge SP6 2DF. Access to Breamore House is off the A338 either from a turning in the village of Breamore or just north of the village. Both routes into Breamore House are on narrow country lanes so please drive slowly.

Attached is a layout of the car park, registration, start, finish and café.

You will need to pick up your running number and timing chip at registration which will open at 08.00. On the back of the race number please write the contact details of a person who we can contact in case of emergency and if you have a medical condition please provide details.

There is no bag storage available. Toilets are available next to registration and in the car park.

There will be a short race briefing at 09.40 in the registration area.

The 10 mile race will start at 10.00. The 10k and 5k race will start together at 10:15.

There will be 3 water stations on the 10 mile course, 2 on the 10k course and 1 on the 5k. Water is available for all competitors at the finish.

The course will be signed and marshalled. If you have a problem on the course please tell the nearest marshal who will summon assistance.

Full medical support will be in attendance.

The terrain is a mixture of forest tracks, bridleways and field borders and is therefore uneven. Please keep a keen lookout to avoid tripping up. The 10 mile course includes a section on country lanes. Please run in single file and keep to the left hand side.

At the end of the race please return your timing chip to a member of the race team

All finishers will be awarded with a medal and receive a hot drink and a slice of cake from the café at the end of the race.

Prizes will be awarded by the café as soon as possible. Prize categories will be determined by the number of race entries.
